Nomura provided committed debt financing to support
- CVC Capital agreed to buy Therakos, a “fully integrated extracorporeal photopheresis delivery system for autologous immunomodulatory therapy,” for $925 million, according to a
statement - The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions
- Mallinckrodt, CVC and Nomura declined to comment
