Mallinckrodt Kicks Off ‘Unconventional’ Bankruptcy Exit Trial

Drugmaker Mallinckrodt Plc on Monday began presenting evidence to support court approval of its bankruptcy exit plan, a process expected to span several weeks and be interrupted by a trial over antitrust claims.

  • “We’re moving forward in an unconventional manner,” Christopher Harris of Latham & Watkins said on behalf of Mallinckrodt at the start of the confirmation proceedings on Monday
