Mallinckrodt said it emerged from Chapter 11 and completed the Irish Examinership proceedings

• Sigurdur Olafsson appointed as CEO effective June 25, replacing Mark Trudeau, who stepped down effective today
• Olafsson most recently served as CEO of Hikma Pharmaceuticals
• Reduced total debt by ~$1.3b; reports more than $250m in cash and cash equivalents on hand
