Bankrupt publisher LSC Communications Inc. received court approval to sell its business to a fund affiliated with Atlas Holdings LLC, a transaction that will pay off its bankruptcy expenses and keep the company operating as a going concern.
“In uncertain economic times like these, it’s good news to hear that the going concern is going to continue,” Judge Sean Lane of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the South District of New York said as he approved the sale Wednesday during a hearing.
