LRGHealthcare files Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition and says on website it has an offer from Concord Hospital regarding potential acquisition of the assets of Lakes Region General Hospital, Franklin Regional Hospital and the hospitals’ ambulatory sites.

  • Expects bankruptcy auction and sale process, and other potential buyers will have an opportunity to submit offers
