Lingerie Supplier Seeks to Push La Senza Chain into Bankruptcy

The La Senza chain of women’s undergarments should be forced into liquidation for failing to pay for more than $40 million in goods it received in the last year, company supplier MGF Sourcing said in court papers.

  • MGF made the request in federal court in Wilmington, Delaware on Friday as part of a Chapter 7, involuntary bankruptcy petition
  • Two other creditors owed lesser amounts joined the petition
  • La Senza was once a sister company of Victoria Secrets, but was sold by parent L Brands to Regent LP in 2018, according to court records
