The sale of substantially all of the assets of LCI Holding Company Inc. in connection with the company’s Chapter 11 filing has been approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (In re LCI Holding Company Inc., Bankr. D. Del., No. 12-13319 (KB)).
LCI Holding Company Inc., along with its subsidiary LifeCare Holdings Inc. and 33 other affiliated debtors filed for Chapter 11 protection on Dec. 11, 2012 (24 BBLR 1658, 12/20/12). The debtors are the operators of 27 long-term care hospitals in 10 states.
