Attorneys for Gellert Seitz Busenkell & Brown LLC and Meland Budwick PA said they’ve developed irreconcilable differences with Eduardo Albor over his failure to meet his financial obligations, according to motions filed Monday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
