Kidde-Fenwal Inc. sued a
Hartford Accident and Indemnity Co. failed to deliver under policies that indemnify Kidde-Fenwall against a deluge of lawsuits alleging its fire-fighting products contained cancer-causing per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, or PFAS, according to the suit. Kidde-Fenwal is seeking a declaration that Hartford pay under the policies to cover defense costs the manufacturer has incurred, according to the complaint filed Thursday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. ...
