JH Whitney Fund Said to Offer Aveanna Shares at Up to $9.50 Each

Affiliates of JH Whitney Equity Partners VII LLC are selling about $95 million of shares in Aveanna Healthcare Holdings Inc. via an overnight stock sale marketed at $9 to $9.50 per share, according to people familiar with the matter.

• Offering of 10 million shares in home care provider marketed at a discount of as much as 12% to Tuesday’s closing price of $10.23 each, according to Bloomberg calculations
