Japan FSA to Issue Improvement Order to 4 Insurers: TBS

Japan’s Financial Services Agency plans to issue business improvement orders to 4 non-life insurers as soon as Dec. 26, TBS reports, citing an unidentified person.

• Sompo Japan Insurance, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance and Aioi Nissay Dowa allegedly colluded on corporate insurance premiums
