Jackson Walker LLP will face fee clawback trials in August over Justice Department accusations that it failed to disclose allegations of a romantic relationship between one of its former attorneys and a former prominent Houston bankruptcy judge.
Trials over whether orders should be set aside awarding Jackson Walker about $1.8 million in compensation it collected in three Chapter 11 cases were set at a hearing Tuesday by US Bankruptcy Judge Marvin Isgur of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
