J&J Baby Powder Victims Ask Judge to Dismiss Bankruptcy Case

Johnson & Johnson should not be allowed to use bankruptcy court to shield its assets from around 38,000 people who claim the company’s baby powder causes cancer, a group representing alleged victims said in a court filing.
