Intercement Creditors Approve New Recovery Plan: Clarin

Creditors of the company approved Monday its recovery plan that allows the entry of new group of shareholders, Argentine newspaper Clarin reported.

  • Controller of Pampa Energia, Marcelo Mindlin, under Latcem group, Redwood Capital Management and a group of funds managed by Moneda Patria Investment, bought a stake of InterCement’s debt and will now be the company’s main shareholders
  • Recovery plan still need approval by a court in Sao Paulo state
