Interactive Health Files for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Protection

Interactive Health Solutions Inc. filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection from creditors in Delaware on Sunday, listing at least $100 million of both assets and liabilities.

  • The Schaumburg, Illinois-based company listed estimated assets between $100m-$500m and liabilities within the same range in the filing
  • Private equity firm FFL Partners is Interactive Health’s largest shareholder, according to the filing
  • The company collects employee health-care data for companies, and has faced increasing competitive pressures recently, Goldman Sachs BDC’s CEO said in February when Goldman BDC put an Interactive Health loan on non-accrual status
