Inspired Healthcare Bid to Hire Raymond James Prompts Pushback

Inspired Healthcare Capital Holdings should be barred from employing Raymond James & Associates Inc. as an investment banking consultant if its fees eat into secured collateral, lenders of the bankrupt senior living community developer said.

Pinnacle Bank, UMB Bank NA, and other Inspired Healthcare lenders each filed limited objections Monday urging the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas to reject the private equity firm’s bid to hire Raymond James to market and sell its real estate projects unless certain provisions are removed from the application.
