Indonesia’s Central Jakarta Commercial Court has turned down a bankruptcy petition filed by Bank Maybank Indonesia against clothing maker Pan Brothers.
- Court found Maybank as unable to support its claims in a simple manner as required by Indonesia’s bankruptcy law, according to Heru Hanindyo, chief of the panel of judges that presided over the case
- A moratorium imposed by Singapore High Court added to the complicatedness of the dispute, Hanindyo said in a hearing in Jakarta on late Thursday
