Immersive Attraction Maker Simex Files Bankruptcy in Canada, US

Simex Inc., a Canadian company that develops immersive theaters and themed attractions based on SpongeBob SquarePants and other characters, has sought creditor protection in its home country and Delaware, and will seek to restructure.
