ICSID Court Rules Against Telecom WOM’s Request in Chile Case

The World Bank’s International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes rejected a request from WOM for provisional measures to block Chile from some charges related to the telecommunications firm’s delayed 5G rollout, according to a Chilean foreign ministry statement.
