SAN FRANCISCO – The newly appointed Howrey LLP trustee filed an objection Nov. 15 to a $3.25 million fee and expense request by outgoing counsel and experts, saying he needs time to “fully analyze events leading to his appointment’’ and whether there is enough money in the estate to satisfy claims (In re Howrey LLP, Bankr. N.D. Calif., No. 11-31376).
