Home-Decor Seller Z Gallerie Goes Bankrupt for Third Time

DirectBuy Home Improvement Inc., which does business as Z Gallerie, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New Jersey on Monday.

• It’s the third bankruptcy filing for Z Gallerie, which also sought protection from creditors in 2019, and before that in 2009, according to court records
• Company listed assets and liabilities of as much as $100 million each in its bankruptcy petition
• The case is DirectBuy Home Improvement Inc., 23-19159, US Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey (Newark)
