Hilco Corporate Finance Hires Two to Expand Restructuring Team

Hilco Corporate Finance, the investment banking arm of Hilco Global, has hired Kyle Herman and Sanjay Marken to expand its restructuring advisory into Houston, according to a statement.

• The two previously founded Exigent Partners in Houston, and Exigent will transfer its clients to Hilco as part of the move
• Herman, who joins as a senior managing director, has spent 17 years advising distressed companies and previously served as a managing director at Berkeley Research Group and a director at Miller Buckfire & Co.
