High Ridge Brands Co., the bankrupt owner of skin, hair, and oral care products, received court approval for the bidding procedures of a planned asset auction later this month.
The Stamford, Conn.-based company plans to sell 14 brands—including Zest soap, Binaca breath freshener, VO5 Shampoo, and REACH oral hygiene products—in an auction Feb. 20, if it can find multiple interested buyers, according to a court order entered Friday by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
