Hertz Global Holdings names Scott Haralson as CFO, joining the company by the end of June.

• Haralson, who most recently served as Spirit Airlines’ CFO, will succeed Alexandra Brooks, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities
• Spirit Airlines named Brian McMenamy, Vice President and Controller, as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective June 14
