Herbalife to Buy Assets from Supplements Firm Bioniq for $55m

Herbalife Ltd. announced an agreement to acquire certain assets from UK-based personalized supplements company Bioniq for $55 million.

• Purchase price to be paid over five years, including an initial $10 million payment at deal close
• Transaction includes up to $95 million in contingent payments based on future performance
• Herbalife obtained a call option to acquire Bioniq LAB, focused on small molecules and peptides
• Bioniq’s personalized supplements will be offered through Herbalife distributors in select European countries and the US
• Deal seen closing in 2Q 2026
