Harvey Weinstein argued in bankruptcy court that Spyglass Media Group LLC owes him a share of over $2.3 million in profits from interests in 2011 slasher film “Scream 4,” saying he has the same rights as his brother, Robert.
Spyglass has sought to keep from Weinstein funds he is entitled from vested film “participation interests” that must be honored following the 2018 sale of Weinstein Co.'s assets to Spyglass, the former Hollywood producer said in a Jan. 24 filing with the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
