• The company listed assets of as much as $50m and liabilities of as much as $500m in its bankruptcy petition
• Company has 27 skilled nursing centers and two assisted living locations throughout Florida, Georgia and Mississippi, according to its website
• The case is Gulf Coast Health Care LLC, 21-11336, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware
