Guitar Center Taps Berkeley Research’s Richter as Interim CFO

Guitar Center Inc. tapped Berkeley Research Group’s Kyle Richter as its interim chief financial officer, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Richter, a managing director at Berkeley Research Group, took on the role around the end of last year, according to the people. He replaced Tim Martin, who left to take on a new position as chief operating officer and CFO for apparel brand Torrid Holdings Inc. in September 2022, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing a private matter.
