GPA Files Arbitration Request Against Casino Over Tax Payments

GPA filed an arbitration request against its shareholders Casino Guichard-Perrachon over alleged improper deduction of goodwill amortization in the payment of corporate taxes in 2007 and 2013, it said in a securities filing.

• Company requested the arbitration to the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce
• GPA will seek to “to preserve the company’s rights and guarantees”
