Goodman Networks Skips Bond Payment After Losing Big Customer

Goodman Networks skipped a payment due April 15 on some of its bonds after it lost a key customer earlier this year.

  • The Frisco, Texas-based company didn’t make the interest payment on its 8% first-lien notes maturing in 2022, according to data compiled by Bloomberg
    • It has a 30-day grace period to make the payment or be in default
  • Goodman, which provides telecom installation and repair services, lost a key contract with AT&T’s DirectTV earlier this year, the Wall Street Journal previously reported
  • Goodman didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment
