Global Capacity Holdco, Affiliates File For Chapter 11 Protection in Delaware

Global Capacity Holdco LLC, a telecommunications information and logistics company, and nine affiliated entities filed for Chapter 11 protection July 23 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (In Global Capacity Holdco LLC).
