Rudolph Giuliani was denied last-ditch attempts to call on close friends and associates to back him up at trial over whether he can keep his Palm Beach, Fla., condominium.
Giuliani will have to serve as his own primary witness at a trial starting Jan. 16 over a bid to shield his multimillion-dollar Florida residence from being turned over to satisfy a $148 million judgment. He owes the money to two Georgia election workers he defamed while trying to help Donald Trump challenge the 2020 presidential election results.
