Rudolph Giuliani’s creditors moved for a subpoena targeting a charity with financial ties to the bankrupt former New York City mayor.
Creditors want information about the relationship between Giuliani and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, a non-profit honoring firefighter Stephen Gerard Siller, who died in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
The non-profit is the main source of income for Giuliani’s video livestream that’s distributed across social media platforms, a lawyer for Giuliani said in a May 22 letter disclosed in court filings.
