Giuliani Creditors Decry ‘Histrionics’ Over Homeless Claim

Rudolph Giuliani’s creditors are challenging his effort to keep his Florida home off the market, accusing him of trying to maintain his former lifestyle despite his bankruptcy.

A committee representing people and companies holding claims against Giuliani bemoaned what it called Giuliani’s “histrionics” when his lawyers suggested recently that a sale of the Palm Beach condo could force him to “join the ranks of the homeless.” Giuliani’s tactics are “delaying the inevitable,” the creditor group said in a Monday court filing, arguing that the condo must be sold to help pay off his debts.
