Rudolph Giuliani’s personal bankruptcy case is on a path to be dismissed by the end of the week by a federal bankruptcy judge following nearly seven months of stalled progress.
Judge Sean Lane of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York said during a hearing Wednesday that he is “leaning toward” throwing the former New York City mayor’s bankruptcy out entirely. The judge will make a final ruling Friday.
