Bankrupt student housing company Corvias Campus Living - USG LLC won its bid to enter mediation to resolve disputes with the board of regents for Georgia’s public colleges and holders of more than $526 million in secured notes.
The mediation is set to take place in Atlanta in mid-August, the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware said in a Tuesday order.
