Giving Genesis claimholders standing to pursue lawsuits is premature, will destroy the health-care company’s value, and jeopardizes restructuring efforts as it pursues a “delicate” sale process, Welltower OP LLC said in an objection filed Monday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
