Fund Founded by Pritzkers Inks Private Credit Deal for PLZ

A cleaning-products maker backed by an investment fund founded by the billionaire Pritzker family has turned to private credit lenders to refinance debt.

Ares Management Corp. and Antares Capital arranged the financing for PLZ Corp., according to people with knowledge of the matter. The company is backed by PPC Partners, an investment firm originally started by Illinois Governor JB Pritzker and his brother, Anthony; investors include family groups and institutions from around the world.

Representatives for PLZ, PPC, Ares and Antares declined to comment.
