FTX Trust Sues Ryan Salame in Bankruptcy Court to Recover Funds

A trust for FTX Trading Ltd. creditors sued one of Sam Bankman-Fried’s top lieutenants over allegedly fraudulent transfers of a Maryland property and improper bank transactions.

Ryan Salame and his wife Michelle Bond, a crypto lobbyist, modified their deed in February to change their ownership rights of the Maryland property to avoid creditor collections, the trust said in a Thursday filing in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
