FTC Announces Settlement with Home Relief Foundation Defendants

The settlement with a mortgage relief company and its two owners, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, prohibits the defendants from selling debt relief products or services, the Federal Trade Commission announced on March 25 (FTC v. Home Relief Foundation, Inc., W.D. Tex., 1:14-cv-00652-SS, 3/6/15).

Home Relief Foundation, Inc. and its owners John DiCristofalo and Josephine Amanda DiCristofalo are prohibited from misrepresenting any material facts related to the sale of any products or services.
