Frigorifico Concepcion Director Usandivaras to Retire From Board

Jorge Usandivaras will retire from Latin American meatpacker Frigorifico Concepcion’s board of directors effective Dec. 31, the company said in a statement.

• Usandivaras will continue to provide guidance and counsel to management through the company’s advisory board
