Frederick’s of Hollywood Being Sold To Authentic Brands Group for $22.5M

Frederick’s of Hollywood Inc., the purveyor of the Hollywood Exxtreme Cleavage bra, will be sold to lead bidder Authentic Brands Group LLC (In re Frederick’s of Hollywood Inc., Bankr. D. Del., 15-10836, sale approved 6/3/15).

A Delaware judge signed an order June 3 approving the deal. ABG’s stalking-horse bid met no competition.
