A fraud recovery expert will oversee the bankruptcy reorganization of freight service provider IPS Worldwide LLC, which is facing gross mismanagement allegations.
The U.S. Trustee, which handles the administration of bankruptcy cases, April 8 named Alex D. Moglia, founder and president of Moglia Advisors in Schaumburg, Ill., to serve as an independent trustee in the Chapter 11 case, pending approval by the bankruptcy court.
A follow-up hearing in the case is scheduled for April 10.
