Francesca’s Judge Approves Stalking Horse Bid, Breakup Fee

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Brendan L. Shannon signed off on Francesca’s Holdings Corp.’s lead bidder and approved a breakup fee in case a higher offer comes in, court papers show.
