Former XFL Owner Vince McMahon Settles Oliver Luck Lawsuit (1)

XFL owner Vince McMahon has reached a confidential settlement of claims that he wrongfully fired the league’s ex-CEO Oliver Luck.

The parties reached an agreement last week, according to a motion filed June 17 in the US District Court for the District of Connecticut.

One of Luck’s attorneys, Vanessa L. Pierce with Dobrowski Larkin & Stafford LLP, told Bloomberg Law the parties “have amicably resolved this matter and wish each other well in future endeavors.” Counsel for McMahon didn’t immediately respond to request for comment.
