Financial Advisory Kroll Names New Global Restructuring Chiefs

Kroll Inc. has appointed Sarah Rayment and Cosimo Borrelli to jointly lead the financial advisory firm’s global restructuring practice at a time corporate defaults around the world are expected to rise.

The appointments will become effective July 1, according to an email sent to clients and colleagues that was seen by Bloomberg News. The duo will succeed Paul Clark, who is stepping down from the role after 12 years leading the restructuring practice.

London-based Rayment has 30 years of restructuring experience, while Hong Kong-based Borrelli currently leads Kroll’s restructuring practice in Asia Pacific and the Caribbean, the company said ...
