FERC Rejects Energy Transfer Request to Review Williams Pipeline

Federal Energy Regulatory Commission rejected a petition by Energy Transfer LP to review Williams Cos.’ Louisiana Energy Gateway pipeline, saying the project isn’t subject to its jurisdiction.
