Fast Radius Inc. won court approval to sell its digital manufacturing business out of bankruptcy to a SyBridge Technologies affiliate in a deal worth $17 million that’s expected to retain most of its workforce.
SyBridge Digital Solutions’s deal, which won the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware’s approval Monday, calls for a $13 million cash payment and assumption of Fast Radius’ liabilities. Job offers will be made to 132 Fast Radius employees, according to the parties.
