A former Texas bankruptcy judge has hired law firm McKool Smith to defend him against a civil suit alleging that he improperly failed to disclose a relationship with a local attorney while on the bench.
Texas-based McKool attorneys John J. Sparacino, Patrick Pijls and Gary Cruciani entered appearances Friday on behalf of David R. Jones in the case brought by a disgruntled shareholder of a company that appeared before Jones in bankruptcy court.
