Former bankruptcy judge David R. Jones acted in bad faith when he engaged in a private conversation with Jackson Walker LLP attorneys about the broader romance scandal he’s embroiled in, a judge ruled.
Chief Judge Eduardo V. Rodriguez of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas admonished Jones in an order Friday and ordered him to complete seven and a half hours of ethics training.
